Food Security
Research Focus Area
In 2017, more than 800 million people suffered from undernourishment, and an estimated 600 million people suffer from illnesses after eating contaminated food every year.
From residue avoidance and food animal production to transboundary diseases and food safety, we aim to improve access to safe, nutritious food across the globe.
